Neato. That's a cool idea; I'm not sure thinking up a way to
defeat it with a rules change is a good idea. Nifty strategies
like this (that the designer didn't think of) are often good, so
long as they're not unbalancing.

It doesn't seem unreasonable to allow someone willing to do the work
of constantly maintaining, executing, and resurrecting a prisoner to
reap the small reward of keeping 1 NP out of another player's hands.

Now if we add Bind spirit to the equation, that's another step the
player would have to do to prevent the LR.
