Last Rites (was: Current to-do list)

Given that Last Rites at a distance precludes some of the more interesting
scenarios (selling bodies back to their faction, ressurection & conversion,
necromantic uses, etc), my vote would be for Last Rites to simply require
possession of the body to work.
