Uh, I'm not sure there is actually a way to get those at the moment.
I implemented them, and gave a few away so they could be tested. But
I don't think there is a completed path to make new ones.
There is a planned beastmastery skill to cross-breed various animals to
produce new ones. I was going to have winged horses, nazgul, dragons, etc.
be products of this.
But there is not even a way to get some of these inputs. Maybe I need
a HUNT command under beastmastery. Or roaming monsters that you can
attack, and then they dissolve out of their unit wrapper into the animal
items themselves. I think at the time I was working on the Beastmastery
skill, I couldn't decide where the inputs would come from, and this is
why it stalled. That was a few months ago. :-)
