I like this idea, since it allows queueing of uncontrolled units (yes, I was
the bastard who thought of "set xxx idle whaever," on the other hand, I didn't
get a chance to use it, since I had my pursuation troubles before that) and
fixes a bug that I've never run into (not having a ship). It would also allow
something nasty like:

entity ship
set idle "whatever"
wait char whoever
commands
(if you wanted to make several tries at gaining control of a ship)
unfortunately, it would nesessitate syncing, but with a bunch of wait loc's,
that wouldn't be too bad.
