The Southwest Tollus Company (STC) announces two new agreements, effective now. First, we have signed a Treaty of Mutual Aid with the Greater Northern Atnos Traders (GNAT) who seem destined to rule Atnos to the west. Secondly, we have signed a Trade Treaty with the House of Lords (HoL) who rule Cragstan. Along with our long friendship with TIBs, these treaties and alliances will hopefully bring our peacful lands closer together, and dissuade any of the Imperially minded alliances from attempting to violate our sovreignty.

Greetings from the Hanover Consortium!!

Just a reminder, the new address for the TIB Alliance Website is: http://members.aol.com/theicyblak/index.html

It has all of the old features such as the TIB Charter, and info on the TIB Mentor Program, as well as some new links, and a regularly updated Travel Advisory Page. Stop by and check it out!!

Greetings Olympians and a special hello to all Drassans.

If you are in the northwestern region of Olympia, please take a moment to look at our web household at: http://www.ip.pt/~ip231870/HoL.htm

It includes a map of the Kingdom of Cragstan and the surrounding area as well as important information for anyone wishing to visit our territories in Cragstan and western Cipheria.

Also, the market of the city of Darkbone[j80] in [bx14] is now under House of Lords administration and HoL trade laws apply to its full extent. Politcal control is still mantained by the Southwest Tollus Company. Only matters regarding strictly to trade are under our administration. Traders currently trading there or planning to should contact an HoL representative at their earliest convinience.

Live long and prosper, Lord Ralek Arkham Speaker for the House of Lords Kingdom of Cragstan

Official Statement of the Lords of the Crown, Last turn, several of our ships were razed by BORG mercenary forces. The BORG claim to have been hired by the Rimmon Musketeers to "run a naval harrasment campaign against the LotC". Since the BORG seem determined to continue this campaign, we see no other option the to declare war on the BORG and try to stop them from harming us in any way. This is the second time we have to declare war on Jheremai the Scarlet, the first time they claimed to support the Horselord in his 'ghazi' and now it is because they are hired by the Musketeers. Everyone must understand that we will not tolerate this and we will make sure there will never be a third time. So I would like to warn all people who are currently working together with the BORG or at least in BORG territory that from now on there is an official state of war between the Lords and the BORG.

Just a reminder that the Brotherhood of the Red God is harrassing the Lord's shipping and naval troop movements in the Camaris Straits. All neutral ships in the waters between Camaris and Provinia east of the 50 longtitude line running through Harn should contact us so you are not caught up in this conflict. Any ships in these waters that have not contacted us will be considered hostile till we have determined otherwise.

We currently have Brothers in the Drassa region with little to do. We are currently looking for contracts of any sort (training, recruiting, raiding, patrol duty, etc) in this area or any of the nearby islands. We have ship transport and don;t mind travelling.

Please visit our web site at www.geocities.com/TimesSquare/1843/borg.html or contact us at asgardian@bigfoot.com

May the Red God smile upon you. The Herald of the Brotherhood of the Red God

Rumors

The following is an updated list of the major alliances active in each of Olympia's twelve regions. This information has been gleaned from the Times, the g2-list, alliance web pages, and through submissions from various contributors. Some of it may be seriously out of date. There may also be any number of small groups or independents in most of these regions.

Provinia - TIBs (Drassa), Rimmon Musketeers (Rimmon, Greyfell), the Lords of the Crown (Yellowleaf, Harn), Tanstaafl League (Harn), Bandits (Port Aurnos), the Jackal Alliance (Port Aurnos) Note: The Rimmon Musketeers are at war with the Lord of the Crown. There has been conflict in Bandit territory between the Bandits and the Southern Ossicus Alliance. The Lords of the Crown are also at war with PLATO.

Camaris - Crimson Dragons, Republic of South Camaris, and PLATO Note: The Lords of the Crown and PLATO are at war on Camaris.

Krussos - Krussos Federation Note: The Krussos Federation have announced a policy of attacking any unauthorized visitors to their territory. The Northern Lights Alliance has disbanded and reportedly either sold or gave their land to the Krussos Federation.

Atala - The Atalan Confederation Note: The Musketeers have apparently abandoned their holdings on Atala.

Ormos - TIBs, Banquo's Ghost, and an unnamed group on the western end.

Tollus - TIBs and the Southwest Tollus Company

Ferenth =96 Indications are that all of Ferenth is controlled by one alliance or group of factions.

Atnos - The Greater Northern Atnos Traders and an unnamed group on southern Atnos Note: Conflict was reported between these two groups in Times 88.

Ossicus =96 All Ossicus alliances/factions belong to a mutual defense pact.

Cipheria - TIBs and the House of Lords

Cragstan - The House of Lords

Camaris Island - PLATO Note: The Lords of the Crown and PLATO are at war on Camaris. The conflict may involve Camaris Island.

Well, I can't stop wondering... It seems that some people finally learned what mercenaries do... And other people understood what "You will be attacked unless you contact us first" means... Simple concepts CAN take some time to understand I reckon... So what will be next? Will some people even manage to understand that Olympia is just a game? And that being nice to other PLAYERS (and I'm talking players here, NOT factions) doesn't hurt noone. Nuff said for today, The Sparrow (Noney, come quick, I think there is the first crack in one of the eggs!!!)

My dog has got no nose. How does it smell? Awfull.

All animals are created equal!

Other peoples people are always more like peoples people in the end

I'm one of the leading architects of the british cheese revival.

Ooops, wrong Sparrow. Never mind.

I controll the Camaris straights. No! We control them! Wrong again because I control them. No No No the mage with the red hat who put up all the magical barriers controls them. But don't tell King Oleg that.

The Camaris straights are for babies and woman. Real men use Graveyards.

Oh, for a still. I could make my own scotch.

What to do, What to do? Might as well enjoy some fishing while waiting for a decision to be made.

Pig Foul will make a nice roast !!

Finally, the real Vulture is here

It seems PLATO is a lot stronger then we all thought, could the combined forces of the Eagle and those Dead Codrickers defeat the mighty philosopher ?

As for Rimmon, it does not look very good, my friends and I had a lot of work picking all those bodies clean. Even after they withdrew from their islands, they cannot find the strength to strike a blow to those half-crazed Codrickers. I wonder how long it will take before one of the Musketeers has had enough of his nobles killed and decides he does not want to be in the war anymore because it seems that the only thing standing in the way of peace is Maltar's wounded pride

What I do know is that Codric better return fast because his army general has even a bigger attitude problem then the big Sir himself.

the Vulture

The question is, when your breed a peasant and a horse to get a Centaur, which one is male, the horse or the peasant?
