The net effect of which is to make trade either less profitable (since
the trade routes "wear out"), or more difficult (since you have to
continually find new ones). Trade already seems to be a low profit,
difficult enterprise; personally I think it should be made *more*
profitable, not less (although I think it's fine the way it is).
