I'm missing the point. Why would people scream? It's a change to data
that you get on sightings, but we all suffer it equally. It makes
setting seige to a castle or tower an uncertain issue--is it only
occupied by the mage inside... or the mage, his buddies, and a full
complement of elite guards and elite archers?
Life is full of uncertainty, and personally, I find it very strange to
see the entire complement in a castle just by being there.
