Skip a turn?

If Rich took any sort of real vacation, he probably won't be back
until Sunday, so I (and I suspect, a number of people) won't even
*see* their turn until Monday. I'd think by far the least disruptive
thing would be to just skip a turn and stay on the Tuesday schedule.
