Greetings to all those who dwell in this land known as Provinia. Flouric of the Brothers of the Owl has come to walk among you. I am not here to make war amongst you but to spread the joy of fellowship and mutually beneficial commerce.

I would also like to request that the rightful lord of the city of Greyfell make himself known to me so that I might introducself properly.

-- Flouric [87984]

Any faction or alliance hoping to occupy land in the former territory of the Lords of the Crown please contact us for discussion. We are already in discussion with several parties.

-- Maltar [3475]

To All Factions: The continent of Camaris is an active war zone. Any noble there is liable to attack without warning.

In particular, any noble not present at the express invitation of the Foriegn Minister of the Crimson Dragons is considered by the Crimson Dragons to be a hostile noble, and will be attacked without warning. Express invitation means that he will say, "Come to this place and do this thing now." All offers to join the Crimson Dragons or to attack our supposed enemies are rejected unless specifically approved by our Foriegn Minister. If he doesn't say Yes, then he probably means No.

It is not our desire to attack neutral or "newbie" factions, we consider that a waste of valuable noble-days, but we are at war (which we also consider a waste of vaulable noble-days), despite our desires to the contrary, and as such we will fanatically defend the integrity of our claimed lands. We regard any entry to Camaris by any means as an invasion.

Uninvited guests will be regretfully hunted down and killed.

I hope the preceding is clear and to the point, and I regret the need to post this so often.

Speaking for the Crimson Dragon Ministry of Internal Security,

-- Cudgel [9129]

Fellow Olympians,

After three (RL)years of excitement and fun, the time has come for me to stop playing. When I started at turn 32, along with some of my friends, we had some naive ideas of what this game was all about. Our ideals were soon trampled when invading Plato-forces attacked and exected many of our nobles. Perhaps this wasn't that bad at all. Sure it was though, but we learned to organise ourselves perfectly as it was a matter of life and death. This is the time when we had our first councils on Friday. The Lords of the Crown were born.

Thanks to the lousy diplomacy of our open lord, sir Codric, who always seemed to fuck up the peace-talks, we ensured our part of the action (the Harn-alliance, Inner Circle, Plato, the Rimmon Musketeers). To all our enemies and allies, thank you. We had a lot of fun. Things could have been very different if Plato hadn't attacked us, but that's the way it is. We respected our enemies and enjoyed their presence. If things got a bit personal from time to time, please forget this. It was only our exagerated enthousiasm for the game.

A final note to Lord Maltar and the Rimmon Musketeers. You were larger, stronger and more resilient than we thought, and you can be proud about this, but never forget that you "achieve your goals" because we quit, not because you won.

Farewell to all of you,

House of the Raven,

-- Baaskha [1133]
