I keep telling my nobles: "It's not about survival and how little work you can do and not get fired. It's about opportunity, and the chance to accomplish something with your life."

Customer Testamonial on behalf of the First Bank of Provinia
Greetings, Provinians! My name's Jech Ercheflo the Friendly Thin Guy. I'm a Trader. I travel Provinia buying and selling and trading everything from the highest grade avinia leaf to the cheap woven baskets that I buy off of broke lowlifes in Imperial City. Provinia is not always as friendly and peaceful as me. So, I don't like carrying large amounts of cash on a trade run, if you know what I mean. That's why I bank at First Provinia: low-interest loans, high interest rates, newbie bonuses, warehouse facilities, shipping services... What else could you ask for?
So take it from me, Jech Ercheflo the Friendly Thin Guy, don't wind up lying in the gutters of Imperial City weaving baskets. Give the the First Bank of Provinia a call. You'll be glad you did.

MAFOC bites the dust. One left to go. dum de dum....
Join my alliance! We will be a foot loose and fancy free bunch. You do not even have to tell me who you are, and I will not tell you who I am, and we will not tell anyone else who we are, and, well, that is it for that part. In this alliance you are free to do most anything you care to, with only one exception. You must solemnly pledge to send alliance communication to the Times each turn, and you must pledge mutual rhetorical support of all alliance members, and you cannot give away any secrets, and, wait, I guess there is more than one exception after all. Anyone wishing to join should make their pledge in the next Times, and vote for an alliance name by which we will be called. Join early to get in on the ground floor of the next great Olympian alliance.
This space for rent.
Someone Asked: > Does the 'wait turn xx' command work for player entities?
What 'wait turn xx' command? It's not mentioned in the rules that I just ftp'd from pbm.com.
Someone Else Asked: > Hey answer man... How can I learn all those magics > that are not taught at any cities I come across? And where > do you learn Religion?
Maybe you are simply not going to the right cities. There are rumors of cities in the clouds, and in the netherworld, perhaps they know things that those in the "normal" world do not.
Let's see, if we take the effort to actually read the rules, we might just find:
The Cloudlands is home to three cities: Nimbus, Stratos and Aerovia. Weather magic is taught in these three cities.
Looking further (I realize that reading the rules is a burden, but bear with me), we might find:
Scrying is taught in the Faery City.
As for religion, the rules (them again!) say:
Religion may be studied in any temple.
I'd say that was easy enough to understand, for those who choose to read it.
Yet Another Someone Asked: > Do the Guardians of Light still exist?
Did they ever really exist?
Do you Exist?
Does the Answer Guy exist?
-- The Answer Guy (maybe)
Answer man: Is that rumor about breeding rocs from giant birds and horses. What other strange things can you breed from mixing species? Centars from peasents and horses? Minotaurs from peasents and oxen?
Someone asked :> Do the Guardians of Light still exist?
I don't know , but the Circle of Darkness is growing ever larger by the day.

Hur gaar det foer alla svenskar i spelet? Jag aer vael inte ensam hoppas jag?!

> Yo ho > Yo ho > A pirate's life for me!
closely followed by a pirate's death?
At first glance, the invasion seemed to be a huge blunder. But at second glance, it offers me a chance to learn how to slaughter. This practice should come in handy when dealing with a worthy opponent.
"Do the Guardians of Light still exist?"
Did they ever, or was it all just another PR joke?
How come the AOO never say anything in the times? Who are you guys? Where are you guys? Or, I guess, more to the point, where aren't you guys?
"The poisoned rose that you gave to me has died."
Sun Tzu said: Generally, operations of war require one thousand fast four-horse chariots, one thousand four-horse wagons covered in leather, and one hundred thousand mailed troops.
