We can call it MUTIN, for Mutual Inclusion. And to keep the non-OS folks
confused. But then we have to have MUTEX, for Mutual Exclusion locking.
But then how do we guarantee access to the locks? We have to deal with the
"Combating Olympians" deadlock detection.
