I disagree with the whole premise that this is a reasonable strategy.
Hell, I'll take anything you give me... As a matter of fact someone just
gave me over six tons of obsidian out of the blue. It had stopped him
dead, but fortunately it only slowed me down a tad. There was a case in
alpha where a pirate found himself with 150 stone (mine :>( ) in a galley
but he just dumped it overboard at the start of the next turn and continued
on. Does anyone really have so much stone that they'd rather delay someone
a couple of weeks than build a temple or tower? 49 stone is virtually
worthless, 50 stone is virtually priceless. If you're doing a critical
MOVE/FLY you should "drop everything" just in case anyhow...
