If my dream for Olympia involved divvying up all the land amongst all the
players/characters, then I might agree (although 200 players sounds like
a rather low estimate to me).

However, I personally favor vast tracks of unexplored wilderness, so that
even latecomers to the game can wander around collecting resources and
making discoveries without stumbling over some NO TRESPASSING sign every
other province or so.
