I agree, but as I said before, when those bank robbers and runner
intercepters appear and knock off your proceeds, you have no real way to
chase and apprehend them. As long as they keep moving, you will never catch
them. The best you can hope for is that they head into an area where you or a
colleague can set a trap for them.
And how long will it before all the runners are known by these robbers so
that they can wait in a province and with
'set 0 idle "Attack 1234;attack 1235;attack 1236";....'
'Wait until day 35'
through the list of known runners. Unless all runners go though on the same
day, they're going to get hit. It means that anyone trying to do a bank
setup has to create new units every turn just to try to keep their
identities secret.
So there needs to be a better tracking system before the robbers can be
stopped. Maybe teams of combat trained runners (15 men @ combat 4 with
longswords, war horses and plate armour) may get through, but thats a very big
investment to make up front.
