Maybe, but I don't think it is worth the trouble. I'm certain that
there aren't more than two or three markets which consistently have a
monthly trade volume in excess of 1000 gold. Even at the high end of
reasonable tax rates like 10%, that is 100 gold/month, or about as
much as three people working earn in that same time. It just doesn't
pay.
