Description

Galactic Conquest is a play by post science fiction nation builder roleplay. This is a Sci-Fi NRP where there is no preset plot. This roleplay is made up of player-made nations populated by player-made species in a fictional galaxy. Each nation has its own goals, as do its people, all freely decided by the people who made them. This is a sci-fi NRP sandbox. There is no third party software, the RP is fully on the forum. The RP is a totally text based game. It's completely free of charge to RP in GC.

While the main desire of GC is role playing with others, it does have concrete mechanics. A large tech tree exists, along with a point based ship design system. The ship design system has a lot of options but ensures everything is balanced. Ships and stations are created on a post by post basis. This means that everything 'costs' a certain number of posts to build. Every post you make counts up one until the project is done. Same thing goes for researching tech.

Posts must be at an average level. This means you must use proper grammar, and spelling where possible. You must also have a post that is at least one paragraph long, or five sentences. However, this isn't an upper limit. If you want, you can go crazy with eight paragraph posts.
