A Concise Dictionary of Middle English
Introduction
This book was published in 1888, and is now somewhat obsoleted by
the Oxford English Dictionary. Another readily accessible
modern resource is the Middle English Compodium.
Images were provided by the Case Western Reserve University Library, and OCR and proofreading
were done by the Project Gutenberg Distributed Proofreaders.
