m. 4-5: There's an extra barline between these measures, with enough  
space between the two barlines that it might be a blank measure (a  
rest?) instead of a double bar.  This idea is vitiated, however, by  
the fact that Caroso seems always to put rhythm symbols over rests,  
and indeed does so in m. 5.

m. 12: Rhythm symbol on second note appears to be dotted quarter; I  
have changed it to eighth (dotted eighth and sixteenth respectively  
in the staff).
