No barlines in original, except for two that seem to indicate a
different section.  I'm assuming the "Riprese due" at the beginning of
that section indicates that it's repeated, and I have transcribed it
that way, but I'm not completely certain.
                                                                                
m. 1: Original meter 3.  Half rest at beginning omitted.  I assume this
piece is in A tuning, but without staff notation, I can't be sure.
m. 13: First note appears to be dotted half (it's unclear), but rhythm
only makes sense if it isn't dotted.
m. 20: Apparently superfluous quarter note VI-1 between second and
third notes omitted.
m. 25: First chord changed from 3--102 to 3--10- by analogy with m. 29.
 Other interpretations may be possible.
