m. 48-48a: Barline between these two measures appears to be thicker

be dotted half, but rhythmic considerations make it far more likely  
to be quarter note.

m. 64a: Original meter is 3. Half-note rhythm symbol is over meter

dotted half, but plain half fits the music better.

m. 82: Original has -0-300 for first chord; I have changed this to
