Player-contributed press

Time once again for the regular TIB post. All factions operating in the NW region of the map, and specifically those in the Drassa region are urged to visit our web site at: http://members.aol.com/seehawk42 for information on the TIB alliance.

Also, the self-imposed 2 week waiting period reference the continent of Cipheria has passed. We were contacted by one group we had missed on our intial sweep and have come to terms with that group. The entire continent of Cipheria can now be considered claimed by TIB, House of Lords Alliance, and several other indepentdent players. Final borders between the current residents of Cipheria will soon be set, at which time we will post TIBs updated borders here and at our web site. As always, peaceful visitors are welcome in TIB territory. Travellers that happen upon Cipheria are invited to visit, but be forewarned that 100% of the continent is now claimed and being colonized by one of several groups.

Eric the Seehawk TIB Alliance

I recently started in Yellowleaf and I'm leaving this warzone, I do not want to get involved in any wars that do not concern me, so please allow me safe passage. My boat's number is 3303.

Ahh, home at last. I am proud I stand on this rock as the early explorers did.

I am the Wraith Back from my 1 week hiatus (the wraith post last week was a hoax) and I ve got some good stuff to report.

Write this down, within 4 turns there will be no less than 4 major wars raging in Olympia. The participants in these wars will be, in no particular order, Plato, Eagle, Lords of the Crown, Inner Circle, Harn Confederacy, TIB, The Bandits Rimmon Musketeers, Northern Lights, Olympian Mafia and a group of independents up north that have never bothered to come up with a name.

Plato s landing in Lords of the Crown territory has ticked off just about everybody. My spectral spies tell me that besides the obvious interested parties (Lords of the Crown, Eagle) there are some other groups that aren t happy with the new player in the war. Harn and the Musketeers are steamed that Provinian Sovereignty has been breached once again by Plato. Also, TIB and the seehawk, usually quick to publicly distance themselves from Eagle party lines, have been strangely quiet on this subject. It would appear that this time they share the Eagle outrage.

And finally, my spies tell me there is at least one oly player out there that is so unimaginative that they can t think of their own pseudonym for posting wildly inaccurate rumors to the times. For some reason this player keeps writing posts signed the wraith . It think it s quite funny. Join in! The more unfounded rumors the better! But I would think that somebody playing a fantasy game would rather create their own persona. So, to help out, I ll give this poor wretch a list of names I was considering before I decided on The Wraith. Feel free to use any of them, or to keep using wraith. Here s the list: Toby, Steven, Hal, Sally, Jesse, Floyd, Bill Clinton, God, Mary-Jo, Mike, Ching, Paco, Freddy the Wonder Mule.

See, it s easy to come up with names if you really try.

That Noble aboard the Roundship Night Music, sure is rich but is it wise to travel with so little guard, hmm how safe is he upon the big ocean? I wonder.....
