Important Annoucement from TIB: TIB Alliance lays claims to, roughly, the eastern half of the continent of Cipheria. This claim comes after negotiations with all known players on Cipheira, including the honorable House of Lords Alliance. All players known to be on Cipheria have agreed to general borders. It is our intention to firm up these borders within the next 2-3 turns, at which time final TIB borders will be announced and posted on our web site.
If there are any players CURRENTLY on Cipheria we ask that you please contact us or House of Lords and make your presence known. We do not wish to force out any player or faction that has rightful claim to land. But please be advised that if you now happen upon Cipheria, all land on it has been claimed by either TIB, HoL or other various independent factions. We will honor existing claims, but will hear none in the future.

Lord Jheremai was killed in single combat with his arch-foe Sir Codric this month in the woods outside Greton.
The Red God has smiled on his honourable death and his honourable foe..
According to his will the following decrees are to be executed.
1) The title Prince of Dragonsbane goes to Wacah Chan Most High Ahoub of Xibalba along with all the obligations and duties attendant with it.
2) The title Captain of the Red Archers is bestowed on Kerek Rakanir
3) The fief of Bobantium is vested in Lord Raphael of the Iron Hills in return for him providing rest and assistance in times of need for the Red Archers for all the days of his rule and his chosen succesors.
4) The Head of House Carnelian is by right of succession now Jheremai's half brother Borag Calfor. All aliegances previously owed to Jheremai as head of House Carnelian now are due to him. He is also by this right a duke of the Bobantine Empire and is to be allocated the fief of Sudshire. According to the Decrees of Khamath the House Carnelian is a Horselords clan by acclaim and Borag has the responsibilities of the Clan master.
5) The Red Archers confirm their contracts with the Bobantine Empire.
6) Aliestair Tanstagi is appointed as Grand Vizier of the Bobantine Empire.

The Musketeers appear to have finally had enough with all of this war stuff. It looks as if they are preparing to make a move. Of course the Musketeer High Command knows nothing about this. It appears to be a grass roots campaign from the outlying members. The High Seas will see a red tide soon enough.
The TIBS have finally had enough yanking around. It appears that they ve loaded up a couple of boats and plan to grab their next peaceful claim by force.
