Can anyone shed some light on the "situation" near Port Aurnos. I lost a noble last turn. There seems to be a lot of talk about a war zone, and advice to leave, but I haven't seen an army yet. Admittedly, I didn't read the times and my noble just wandered in absent mindedly being killed by someone with 10 soldiers.

Who is the guy who lost their castle and who took it? Has anyone else been attacked? Is the person who got attacked doing anything about it?

Is it just one player trying to get everyone to leave, or is there really a war going on?

We have a new world before us. This unknown, unexplored land mass is just waiting for someone to find all it has in store.

We, The Travelers, are attempting to map this large world, but we can not do it alone. If you would be willing to donate the land portions of your turn to our efforts, you will be assisting in one of the greatest projects in Olympian History!

We also collect and distribute land claims and gate information.

Send us mail: hc8@g2.pbm.com! Visit us on the Web: http://www.spiretech.com/~jeffh/olympia/

Hear ye! Hear ye! Are you looking for IRON? Sure, we all are. But not everyone has the time to find a mountain city, learn Mining skills, build a mine, and work your peasants to the bone. If you're in the Drassa area and want to pick up some IRON quick, drop a line to me, Crazy Oddi, factor for Moltar's Legacy Mines.

Why does the Yellowleaf nobles want us to buy their silly maps? I'd sooner be lost.

Yvengi is a louse!

People are stupid. Given proper motivation, almost anyone will believe anything. Because people are stupid, they will believe a lie because they want to believe it's true, or because they are afraid it might be. People's heads are full of knowledge, facts, and beliefs, and most of it is false, yet they think it all true. People are stupid; they can only rarely tell the difference between a lie and the truth, and yet they are confident they can, and so they are all the easier to fool. Never weigh another man's wheat with your measure. He may not be using the same measure as you.

Urvil, by that name, is no more. & it's no more friendly than it was before. So you probably don't want to go there.

Myths of Olympia.

We all remember remember skinny dipping in ponds as a teenager. We also remember our shock when the not so shy fish came up and nibbled at our newly grown hair. Be it leg, back, chest or nipple hair.

Well orcs take this experience on step further. Having strands of long coarse and quite strong hair on much of their body. They braid a few hairs together and tie a hook on the end. Then by just dangling that part of their body in the water they catch fish.

So the next time you see an orc squating over a stream with his back side in the water. Think not that he is befouling the stream. For most likely he practicing the fine orcish art of butt fishing.

"George the peasant talking to his son George Jnr, W'll sony t'is said dat dis Kane fella reached da top of old Mt Forsaken and 'ere he sat 'til he was visited like, by dis new god Kygor da Just... and afda many days dis Kane fella b'n changed by da god Kygor! Kane cum down da mountain and he began preach'n to da people of East Provinia and da people were swayed as dis Kane spoke wit much power 'bout da god Kygor da Just. Da people flocked to da Crmson Banner of Kygor and Kane says he gunnu go and spread da preachin's of Kygor and put da infidels to da sword, and I says good on 'im! AND SO IT BEGAN..."

The empire is a communist plot to exploit Provinia!

Chocolate is being sold in Yellowleaf safehaven for 55 gold and bought in Cano[m15] in db75 for 149 gold. All free capitalists are urged to make as much money here as possible.
