Olympia: garrison reports

I would like to see a change in the garrison reports. Right now,
we get a report from the province a garrison is in on day 0 (i.e.
the beginning of the new turn) which lists the composition of the
garrison (how many men of what type(s)). This is just not very
useful. I think it would be much better to get this report at the
end of the current turn so I can use the information when planning
what to do next. As it is, I have to match-up the turn 0 report
with the info from the garrison log to figure out exactly what is
currently in a garrison.
Also, I think the garrison composition report should include a list
of items that the garrison holds (how much wood, etc.); it is a pain
to track this info from turn to turn.
