I believe recently I added just "build" to allow restarting construction.
It figures out what kind of building you're in.

A planned enhancement to the scanner for some time has
been extending it to check arguments to commands.

HOSTILE <faction> doesn't generally work, since you can never associate
a noble with a faction.
