I don't think we need multiple mailing lists. I'm not going to
make disruptive changes unless I think they're essential. Once this
game matures, tax income is going to eclipse common magic, and as
David points out, Common magic requires an investment of an NP plus
time to get the gold. Yes, it's out of line with the rest of the
system, but it's not a gaping hole.

There is independent pressure to start a second Olympia game. I'm not
interested in doing this at the moment, but I'm sure the calls to do
so will increase over time, as g1 matures and there are newcomers who
would rather start on turn 1 than turn 25. Perhaps some changes can be
made for these furture games. In any event, I like discussing changes,
whether I end up making them or not.
