Scott Turner claimed that the obits were bad a long time ago. My response
was to delay the reporting for a turn, but that doesn't seem to have
done much. Oleg still has an easy job of finding the lawbreakers and
organizing posses against them. So perhaps the obits are bad, and I should
get rid of them.

As an aside, I was continually amazed at how lawful the players were.
It seemed there were only a few individuals who ever tried to make their
living by the sword, and most of them were viciously set upon by the rest
of the players.

Not getting a report for a character that dies is a bit much, however.
In a way this is a small part of Scott's original plan that you wouldn't
know what happened to a character until you met up with it again. In such
a system, this would be a natural effect. But I don't think it fits
in well with the current instantaneous communication Olympia.
