Description

The GISL is a PBEM soccer management game based loosely on the MSWL but incorporating many unique ideas not seen many other leagues. It is kept relatively small due to time constraints. There are 30 teams in 3 divisions.

Teams play a league game every weekend, and are also involved in other competitions, often midweek, including a cup and also a tournament involving other leagues. Managers receive game stats after games, and match commentary for it.

Managers are required to submit line-ups prior to each game (so at least 1 per week) and manage their rosters effectively. A full-transfer system is also in place.
