Description

This is a variant of WORLD WIDE BATTLE PLAN, also played on a map of the entire world, but players play the part of major powers from 1939. You start with the forces that your country had at that time, but instead of the object being to elminate all the other players, each player gets "victory points" for reaching certain objectives (listed in the rules). The objectives are selected to simulate the situation in the real world during World War II. You have armies, navies, air force, and industry, and there is a limited ability to possibly build missiles by the end of the game. You can spend your money on spies, counterspies, research, or propaganda. The game is for 13 players at a time.
