Set in New York City, you will start out as an independent superhero. Quickly you will become part of a team. SYSTEM: Champions 4th Edition or 5th Edition (either format is acceptable) SETTING: New York City, 1980s. Spandex. REQUIREMENTS: You must have a picture of your hero in costume.
