Description

Ambassador Burndrick of the Cardassian Provisional Government has requested an audience with an Ambassadorial Assembly to petition with the Federation for Cardassia's application into the Federation. Granting this appearance, Starfleet has dispatched the USS Wallace to retrieve Ambassador Burndrick from Cardassia Prime and transport the Ambassador's delegation to Deep Space 10.

With that being said, the Wallace is seeking new transfers to fill the following vacancies:

First Officer*, Flight Control Operator, Operations and Communications Technician, Science Crewman, Tactician, Warp Systems Specialist, Stellar Cartography and Astronavigational Specialist, Corpsman.

( * associated with a secondary position)

Star Trek, The Edge of Darkness is a Play By EMail (PBEM) Role-playing Game (RPG) taking place in the Star Trek universe of 2387. A member of Bravo Fleet's Task Force 72, the USS Wallace is an interactive, collaborative writing community. Assuming a more risqué approach, players will have the opportunity to explore a much darker side of the Star Trek universe where players will experience deep-rooted character development, interaction and plot progression in a continuous story-arc pertaining to a region of space where the Wallace will encounter the Cardassians, Breen and Ferengi on a very regular basis.

Players contribute to the continuous story-arc by composing joint posts through the use of Google Docs prior to the finished product being submitted to the in-character mailing list. For ease of use, players are encouraged to register an account with Google, however this isn't a mandate nor absolutely necessary. For those players unable to use Google Docs, joint posts can be composed through the use of email or instant messenger with the finished product being submitted to the in-character mailing list.

Please check out our website to learn more about the Wallace and our simming community (the website continues to be a work in progress).
