Description

Welcome to the Ancient World, circa 320 BC, a time when numerous warlike powers vied against each other for supremacy in the Mediterranean region. Expanding powers, including Rome, Carthage, and the successors of Alexander the Great all sought to forge mighty empires within the bounds of the known world.

Age of Conquest is a strategic-level wargame, where players rule historical kingdoms, leading their armies of armored warriors. To remain on your throne and expand your dominions, you will need to employ well-planned tactics, clever scheming, and ruthless determination.

This game is provided as a complementary service to the web gaming community - all who enjoy wargames are welcome to join!.

To view your realm and issue orders, you use the Diploware, which is a software program you download from the website. When you install the Diploware, the Rulebook will also be installed (be sure to browse through this, which will then be available from your Windows Start Menu or from a desktop shortcut).

As an option you may choose to donate to support the game, which brings a few additional perquisites. This is completely optional though, and is explained in the Rulebook.
