DescriptionEarth. 2389. Starfleet's Planetary Sciences Division has just commissioned *USS Galileo*, the fleet's newest Nova Class survey vessel. Small, fast and nimble, she is equipped with the Federation's most advanced sensor arrays and scientific equipment. Her focus is planetary and celestial study, but she is well capable of serving in exploratory and scout roles. She possesses unique capabilities, able to deploy the Waverider atmospheric shuttle, Hunley sub-aquatic shuttle, as well as use her landing struts and advanced shielding to land on planetary bodies. Manned by a seasoned crew, *Galileo* is dispatched throughout the Alpha and Beta Quadrants in search of new life and new technologies. Despite her docile presentation, *Galileo* has sharp teeth as her missions sometimes put her in harms way. The adventures are unexpected and thrilling; A mix of science and exploration with a few dashes of combat to spice things up. I'm Captain Lirha Saalm and I invite you to visit our ship.
