Description

Seeking roleplayers and writers!

Ten years before the world Changed. All the electricity, internal combustion, and firearms simply ceased to work and have never worked to this day. Society in the Pacific Northwest is slowly reestablishing itself with the Portland Protective Association, the Bearkillers, the Mackenzies and others. The markets of Corvallis and Portland desire the rarities found in the ruins of California's abandon cities.

Your band has made its living by making the dangerous treks into the charnel house that was California. Braving the dangers of the crumbling buildings with the occasional deliberate trap, savage beasts and even more savage men, you carve out a place for yourself in the new world. Join the band of adventurers, loners, and explorers as they explore the new world and loot the ashes of the old.

Dies the Fire - Ashes of California is a game based on the Dies the Fire series by S.M. Stirling. Players will play the part of a salvage crew daring the dangers of the California Death Zone. The system is a homebrew rules lite.

This game is for anyone who loves adventure, the unknown, and the works of S.M. Stirling.
