Supers lived among us a generation ago mostly in secret, out of the public eye. Slowly they began to disappear off of the world scene, until in the late 80s with the fall of Communism, they had disappeared altogether. Now some twenty years later, most doubt that they ever existed. UNTIL and PRIMUS became the watchdogs to make sure that no supers return. Templar International, a premier security agency has risen to some prominance following their success in Iraq. Their agents help in domestic and international settings. Templar agents assist police departments in the states and the armed forces in Iraq and Afghanistan. Recently, there has been some suspicion as to whether some of their agents are more than they seem...
Low level champions game set in modern day New York. Emphasis is on realism and role-playing. 200 point limit - Dark Champions: the Animated Series rules. Characters may play high level normals or low-powered supers. Preferred builds should be simple and must be able to pass as normals.
