The year is 2258. The crew of the USS Enterprise, led by James Kirk, stopped a Romulan ship from the future from destroying Earth. Unfortunately, this ship, led by the wrathful Nero, destroyed the planet Vulcan, as well as 47 Klingon warships. As a result, relations between the Klingon Empire and the Romulan Star Empire, are very tense. There is concern that war could break out at any time. It is also feared that Nero gave the Romulans of the day, technology from the future. The Federation Council met in a series of emergency meetings to discuss the matter. It was decided, that starships would be sent to the Klingon-Romulan sector, near the Neutral Zone, to monitor and keep watch of the situation, to do what is necessary to keep the peace, and to defend the Federation in case war breaks out. The USS Concord, NCC-1725, a new Constitution class ship, is one of the vessels sent to the Neutral Zone.

The USS Concord is a free-form, creative writing, role playing game, set in the new time line created by the Romulan ship, Narada, when it was thrown back in time from the distant future. There is no game system or dice rolls. It isn't an online version of a tabletop game.
