DescriptionSG7, Stargate Command's premiere research, diplomacy and extraction unit. Like any SG team, members of SG7 are chosen for their individual talents, their various experiences and their level of exposure to the Stargate Program. SG7 is classified as a follow up or "second wave" team. Dubbed "Team Alpha" by former SGC head, Dr. Elizabeth Weir, SG7 distinguishes its self by formalizing domestic relations with various human as well as alien colonies encountered, conducting in depth analysis of various planets visited, and (if necessary) assisting in the rescue of captured or detained SG teams. Potential recruits for SG7 usually have some version of law, law enforcement, forensic, scientific, diplomatic and or investigative skills in their background. ------------- SG7 is currently in its recruiting phase.
