DescriptionMy aim is to make Oddball an enjoyable game for you as a team manager and me as GM. You should find that it is not as excessively complicated as many computer-moderated games, but neither is it a simple game. Ideally, you'll find it challenging without being too time consuming. As a manager, you get to select teams and tactics for your matches that turn. You also get to buy and sell players in an effort to assemble a championship winning squad. And can do other management like stuff, such as negotiate player contracts and sign up coaches to improve your players. You can also employ people to scout foreign talent, or scour local leagues for future stars, or just check out your next opponents. All the match reports, done deals and other news gets reported in a zine that gets posted on the 'oddballfootballmanagers' Yahoo! site. |
