RPG SUMMARY: As humans we have always been concerned with 'the other', what else is 'out there'. Well, aliens don't exist, but some of the creatures of myths and legends do. The majority of humans live completely unaware of the supernatural creatures living amongst them. The only difference between humans and these creatures? A slight difference in genetics which means that vampires need to drink blood to survive, witches can perform magic and shapeshifters can shapeshift into different animals. Of course not everyone sees these creatures as 'just different genetics'. The few humans that do know that they exist consider them to be evil and dangerous, and have banded together to form groups of hunters, killing any they find. It isn't much of a suprise then to find that vampires, witches and shapeshifters keep themselves to themselves, pretending to be human. For decades the students and employees of the University of Reading have been doing just that. Many families have convinced their children to go to their old University because Reading has been 'safe' for so long. Unfortunatly all good things come to an end, and it seems that a group of hunters has arrived in Reading over the summer. RPG LINK: http://dp.artisticchardon.com RATING: 16 years + STYLE: Yahoo group CHARACTER DETAILS: Hawthorn Coven Leader: The leader of the Hawthorn Coven. This witch can be male or female, and has been Coven Leader for at least a year. They were a member of the Coven prior to becoming leader and inherited the position from the previous Coven Leader. Lion Clan Leader This character is the current leader of the Lion Clan Leader, they should be at least 21 and have been the leader for over a year. Male or female. Vigilante Leader A non-human who wants to fight the hunters that have entered the area. He/she has been at the University at least a year and is trying to organise like-minded individuals into an organised group of Vigilantes. I'm looking to start a plot related to the vigilantes that will affect the whole of the supernatural community at the University. The character needs to be someone who has an obsession with hunters, or looks at the bigger picture and doesn't care who gets hurt as long as the hunters are stopped. Hunters These characters are members of Charlie Macintosh's group of hunters that moved to Reading over the summer. They have already hunted and killed two vampires and a shapeshifter. One Male hunter currently available, must have been with the group for at least 1 year. Vampires & Shapeshifters We are looking for some more born or made vampires, and wolf and lion shapeshifters (submissives and dominants). Witches All witches are students at the University and there are currently two Covens open to play; the Hawthorn Coven and the Magpie Coven. The Hawthorn Coven is the elder of the two, having existed for several generations. In comparison the Magpie Coven is a lot newer, only being created in the last few years. Hawthorn Coven Two female witches and Four male witches are open - two of these characters are new to the Coven. Magpie Coven There is currently Two Male Witches available - this character must have been in the Coven for at least one year.
