Signups are currently being taken for the game 4 of Empire Forge, a free email PBM game at EMG Games at http://members.shaw.ca/emg.pbm/emg.htm. For centuries humans ruled the world as the great Gendanate Empire. Gradually the royal families within the empire grew and became powerful. As they grew they became more and more factional, until each desired to seize the crown of the emperor for themselves. Now the empire has fractured into the seven great houses. Regions and cities have chosen sides and joined certain houses. Many areas have now fall into anarchy and became vulnerable to attacks. The collapse of the empire has even also allowed the few barbarians and non-human races who had previously been subdued to attempt to seize power. A Vampire Lord has even risen and is raising undead armies to attempt to conquor the world. With dragons having been seen and wizards causing destruction throughout the world, no one is safe. You play one of the great empires of the time: Gendante Empire, House Sirlak, House Anila, House Goen, House Wysloff, House Baigas, House Kinressa or one of the tribal powers: the Sasar Nomads, the Olgil Raiders, the Wood Elves, the Hill Trolls or the Merfolk. To win you must use a mixture of force, diplomacy, supply, gold and magic to create the a new world empire.
