I've transcribed this in A tuning, but G tuning is possible. Original meter is 3; in several places, Caroso appears to be using whole-note rhythm symbols to represent an entire measure, which is really a dotted half. I've transcribed these notes as dotted half notes without further comment. m. 24: Augmentation dot supplied on first note. m. 33: In first chord, figure on second string is unclear but appears to be 3. m. 39: Rhythm symbol is to the left of first chord, but a rest does not seem to be appropriate here.
