westdance: Proposed Dances for Crosston Ball

Oo, a suggestion on Wednesday was to add in all the dances from
the Pieds and Saltatoris this year: 

Contrapasso, Grimstock, Furioso Nuovo, Francoise Nouvelle,
Queen's Alman, Bransle Pinagay, Jenny Pluck Pears, Galliards,
Rufty Tufty, and Petit Riens.
