pennsicdance: Judith de Northumbria to be elevated to Laurel

Hello everyone,
	Gregory Blount asked me to post this for him, while he is
still at Pennsic.  Last night his apprentice, Judith de Northumbria,
was asked to join the Order of the Laurel.  She sat vigil last night
at Pennsic, and will sit vigil again in Drachenwald for her elevation
there in two weeks time.
