Dargason is in Playford, 1st edition (1651). "Circle Waltz" is a type of
dance, rather than one particular dance, but being a waltz, it is not
appropriate for the SCA. If you want to learn it for outside the SCA, an
international folk dance club would be your best bet. Well Hall is not a
period or conjecturally period dance, but the tune is beautiful. You can
