pennsicdance: scheduling considerations

That timeslot does not work for me - but I think we have to go back to
Pennsics with single-digit numbers for anyone to have a hope of doing
everything at Pennsic they'd like to do.  If it works for enough other
people, great - we need some time in the schedules for specialty and
experimental dance events.

I thought that putting the Seicento Caroso ball against (most of) Midnight
Madness worked out pretty well.  Opinions?
