East Kingdom Court was on Wednesday night and ended by 9:40, though 
there were still people milling about the barn at 10:00.  The heralds 
made a great effort to finish with court as early as possible because 
the Queen didn't want to miss Midnight Madness.  1 hour and 40 minutes 
is not too bad, as seeing they had 30+ awards to give.
