It's worth mentioning that there's a big overlap between the dance and
blue feather communities, so "they" do make a major effort for setup
and take down.

More importantly, at Pennsic 31 I asked a bunch of people in that
overlap if they thought my policy was the right one, and all of them
said "yes".
