While I do feel that the BFs are too adamant that their ball has to be on 
the second Thursday, I do not have a problem with the ball being held in 
the dance tent, under a couple of conditions.

As this is the Dance Tent, the ball has to be mostly dancing.  But more 
importantly, if they want to take advantage of the dance floor, they need 
to make a major effort in the setup and take down of said floor.
