I was certainly aware of that. While sometimes in the past it has had
lots of dancing, it's been far more common to have 1+ hours of fashion
show and filler schtick. This was true at Pennsic 30, where the
Bluefeather Ball was in the dance tent, on the dance floor. The years
that I remember good dancing were the ones that it was held in the
"Town Hall" tent, which was really dusty.

I must say, by the way, that dealing with Joshua over this event every
year is the least pleasant part of the dance coordinator job. I can't
imagine why he thinks saying the things that he has said in the
Bluefeather mailing list will have any positive result.
