pennsicdance: Dance list proofer needed

Actually my plan (which I am still in the process of implementing) is to 
have the music sorted by music name, but the dance list by dance name, with 
a pointer to the music name.  After Pennsic this can be readjusted.

I will make extra copies of the dance list as well.
